CONSORTIUM BUILDING
EU grants are typically carried out by a consortium—a structured collaboration between organisations that bring complementary skills, expertise and perspectives to a shared objective. At North Pine Advisory, we draw on our extensive network and long-standing experience within European programmes to help entrepreneurs identify and connect with suitable partners. Our aim is to support the formation of balanced, capable consortia that meet EU expectations and provide a strong foundation for successful projects.

Our Existing Partner Network
How we help you bring your existing consortium together
Anna's thoughts: it is also common that partners already have contacts and ideas, but are slow/inefficient in reaching out and getting partners on board. We help this with a dedicated 1-pager so potential partners can quickly grasp what the project will be about and what their role would be, initial budget distribution, so partner have an idea what gains there are. We also offer to make individual contracts, (clients love that they don't have to pay fees alone), so the consortium contributes to our consulting fees together based on the responsibilities assigned in the project.
